Nepal (Gandaki Province): Provincial Cannabis Legalization Bill Introduced
Provincial assembly introduced the Cannabis Cultivation Regulation and Management Bill 2082, legalizing regulated cannabis farming for medicinal and industrial use. The bill bans unlicensed individual cultivation and requires farmers to join licensed cooperatives.
