Police uproot 321 marijuana plants at Sitio Talahidan in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon
Operatives of the 1st Bukidnon Provincial Mobile Force Company and the Malaybalay City Police Station, coordinating with the Bukidnon Provincial Intelligence Unit, uprooted 321 fully grown plants alleged to be marijuana during a combat patrol at Sitio Talahidan, Barangay Caburacanan, Malaybalay City, at about 4.20 pm on 6 August 2026. Lieutenant Colonel Dave Mahilum, the company's commander, put the estimated market value of the crop at ₱64,200. After a physical inventory at the site witnessed by a barangay councillor, officers burned 311 hills of the contraband in place and submitted 10 hills to the Provincial Forensic Unit in Malaybalay City as representative specimens for laboratory examination.
