The grow-out priorities are two lists of the populations documented on Landrace.Wiki, each ordered from the most urgent case down. The collecting list holds the populations of which no live verified copy is held anywhere, so that their seed can be secured only by collecting it again. The grow-out list holds the populations with at least one live verified copy, ranked by the reading of their seed holdings, then by their field grade, then by the reading of their best seed lot.
A population's field grade is worked out on its own page from the items scored for it, and it reads Data deficient while too few items are scored. The holdings reading comes from the seed lots recorded for the population by the people and institutions that hold them. A verified copy is a lot of collected seed, or of seed regrown with documented isolation. Every holder's lots are read by the same rules (Module:Grow-out priority, method v0.1), and a population's place in the lists depends on its data alone. Populations whose field grade or holdings cannot be read are listed apart and never ranked safe. A population with no seed lot recorded reads Urgent, since no verified copy of it is known to be held, and the lists say beside it when no lot has been recorded on the wiki yet.
