The Pulgi population is the cannabis of Pulgi village and its fields in the Pulgi appellation, in the Parvati Valley growing area of Kullu District, Himachal Pradesh, India. The Zomia Collective's collection documentation counts Pulgi among the three main charas-producing villages of the Grahan side valley, with Grahan and Thunja. It places Pulgi on south-facing slopes at about 2,400 m, in conditions like Grahan's with more sun, and classes the valley's cannabis as a narrow-leaflet drug-type landrace population grown for charas.
