This property records the people (ethnic group) among whom an accession was collected. Its values are the titles of ethnic-group pages, such as Kaloeng people.
It is set by the ethnic_group parameter of Template:Accession, one value per people. A value is entered only where a source names the people of the collection site; it is not inferred from the district, and it is left empty where the collection locality is withheld. Each ethnic-group page lists the accessions that name it through Template:Ethnic group accessions.
