Template:Accession
More actions
Backend template for accessions on Landrace.Wiki.
- Populated by Form:Accession (or future accession forms).
- Renders the infobox via
| Accession |
|---|
.
- Sets core SemanticMediaWiki properties via {{#set}}.
Normalization rule:
- Page-type fields must be plain titles (no ...), multi-values separated by ", " (comma+space).
- Relationship fields (parent_accession, mother_plant_id, father_plant_id,
related_accession,same_population_accessions) are comma-separated lists of page titles. Each is split with #arraymap before #set, so one value per accession is stored; setting the list unsplit stored the whole list as a single page title and broke every reverse query.
- Provenance evidence fields (regional_corroboration, population_corroboration,
identity_confirmation) are lists of page titles separated by ";" (semicolon), because some
accession and source titles contain commas. Each is split with #arraymap before #set. Each source is entered
once, at the highest level it supports; see Property:Has regional corroboration.
- genebank_accessions and sequence_data take a run of Template:External accession
calls, one per external accession: a genebank holding the same seed lot, or archived sequence data from its plants. Each call stores its own subobject, so nothing here is #set.
- appellation takes the bare name (Grahan). Has appellation stores the appellation page title,
Grahan (appellation), through Module:Appellation, so accessions link the appellation pages.
- collection_date, sample_harvest_date and eradication_date are stored
through Module:Accession date, which rewrites a day-first dd/mm/yyyy as yyyy-mm-dd. SMW reads an ambiguous nn/nn/yyyy month-first, so 03/09/2023 was stored as 9 March 2023. ISO dates, years and prose pass through unchanged. The infobox shows the same dates in words (3 September 2023).
- ethnic_group takes the titles of ethnic-group pages (Kaloeng people), separated by
", " (comma+space). Each is split with #arraymap and stored as Property:Has ethnic group, which the ethnic-group pages query to list their accessions. Fill it only where a source names the people of the collection site; never infer it from the district, and leave it empty where the locality is withheld.
- coordinate_uncertainty is how far, in metres, the place the coordinates describe may lie from
the point: a whole number of metres, no unit (3000, not3 km). It is stored as Property:Has coordinate uncertainty.georeference_basissays what kind of point the coordinates are, one of the values listed on Property:Has georeference basis, and is stored there. Both are stored only whencoordinatesis set. On a ZOM- accession they are filled here when the page leaves them empty: the coordinates are the field point displaced by up to 500 m before they are entered (see the Privacy policy), so the basis isobfuscated field pointand the uncertainty 500. On every other accession they are filled per page, from what the page's Talk page says about where the point comes from.
