Template:Infobox accession
More actions
Template:Infobox accession displays comprehensive information about a cannabis landrace accession.
Usage
See Form:Accession for the primary method of creating accession pages.
Sections
- At a Glance - Key characteristics
- Botanical Characteristics - Morphology details
- Processing - Traditional processing methods
- Hierarchy - Geographic classification
- Location - Specific location data
- Traditional Names - Local nomenclature
- Collection - Collection details, including the people (
ethnic_group) among whom the accession was collected - Provenance Evidence - Independent sources for the accession's stated origin, at three levels
- Conservation - The accession's population, with its field grade and holdings reading (from
Module:Population), and threats.populationnames the population page; when it is empty the infobox reads the accession's stored Property:Has population. An accession with no population still showsconservation_priorityas before.
- Cultivation - Growing practices (includes cultivation status, system type, and scale)
- Preservation - Seed banking
- Genebanks and Sequence Data - The same seed lot held in outside genebanks, and sequence data from its plants
- Genetic Relationships - Parentage, reproductions, same-population and related accessions
The Genetic Relationships section shows both directions. parent_accession names the accession this
material was grown from; the accessions grown from this one are found by query, so an original never has to be
edited when a reproduction is written. same_population_accessions and related_accession
are likewise read in both directions, so either page may hold the value. Queries run through
Template:Accession relations (the ask must sit at the top level of a template) and render through
Template:Accession link; results are restricted to Category:Accessions, which keeps free-text values
out of the display.
The Provenance Evidence section lists independent sources for the accession's stated origin at three levels:
regional_corroboration, population_corroboration and identity_confirmation
(see Property:Has regional corroboration). Each source is entered once, at the highest level it supports.
Values are page titles separated by semicolons, because some accession and source titles contain commas. The
section appears only when at least one level holds a value. Any level above the highest one filled then reads
None recorded. A regional source therefore never reads as confirmation of identity. Levels below the highest
one filled are implied by it and are not shown. Each source renders through Template:Provenance evidence link.
The Location section shows georeference_basis as Point type and
coordinate_uncertainty (metres) as Uncertainty, under the coordinates: in metres below 1,000 and
in kilometres from 1,000. Template:Accession passes both only when the accession has coordinates.
The Genebanks and Sequence Data section prints genebank_accessions and sequence_data
as passed. Each is a run of Template:External accession calls, which build every link from
Module:External repositories and store one subobject each.
