Renders one accession as a link labelled with its descriptive name.
Accession pages are titled by accession ID, so a bare link reads as a code. This template
labels the link with the accession's Has descriptive name and falls back to the
ID when the accession has no name or the page does not exist yet, which keeps wanted
accessions visible as red links.
{{{1}}}- the accession page title (its ID).{{{2}}}- the descriptive name, when the caller already has it. An
#askusingformat=templatepasses the printout here, which saves a#showper row.
Used by Template:Infobox accession for values typed into a page, and by Template:Accession relations/item for values found by query.
