Renders one provenance evidence source as a link labelled with a readable name.
Accessions are titled by accession ID. Research and news items are titled by a dated path. A bare link to
any of them reads as a code. This template labels the link with the target's Has descriptive name
(accessions), Has research title (research items) or Has event headline (news
items). Source pages are already titled by name and keep their page title.
The link carries a leading colon. Without it, a title beginning News: is read as an external
link. A category or file title would also be applied to the page instead of linked.
A value that names no page prints as plain text, without a link.
