Evidentiary scope
This sheet documents an experimental growing, not a field. The locality names the agricultural institute at Maison-Carrée and the seed's origin in the Sahara and the event note says the plant was raised under shaded glass. What it establishes is that in 1942 the institute near Algiers had Saharan cannabis seed and grew it. It does not establish a Saharan stand, a Saharan crop or a Saharan variety, because it names no place in the Sahara. It is classified Other. No conservation priority is assigned.
The seed origin is the reason to keep this accession despite its artificial growing conditions. It is the one statement in the Algerian series that ties Saharan material to a named institution and an institute that grew out Saharan seed in 1942 may well have left a note of where the seed came from and why it was wanted.
Georeferencing
Two places could be stored. The infobox stores the growing site, Maison-Carrée, now El Harrach in Algiers Province, because that is where the plant on the sheet actually grew and where the collection event happened. The Sahara is a region and not a locality. Storing it would make the accession answer queries for Saharan sites that it cannot support.
The label places the plant in a shaded glasshouse at the Institut Agricole de Maison-Carrée. French Wikipedia (École nationale supérieure agronomique d'Alger) places that school, founded in 1905, at El Harrach, the former Maison-Carrée; the institute of the label is taken to be it. The point 36.72, 3.15 is the middle of the school's grounds, OpenStreetMap way 97658307 (about 0.16 km²; the farthest edge is 0.3 km from the middle). The uncertainty is set to take in the centre of El Harrach (OpenStreetMap node 288399489), 1.1 km away, in case the glasshouse stood elsewhere in the town, with the rounding of the point. The catalogue carries no altitude. An earlier version of this note gave no point because the institute is a named establishment rather than a point. Basis: settlement point. Uncertainty: about 2 km.

The seed origin, the first thing to check against the label, reads graines du Sahara with no place, supplier or number. The catalogue's de Sahara is a transcription slip. Leg. R. Pasquier follows the seed note inside the same parenthesis, so the label does not say whether Pasquier gathered the seed, raised the plant or cut the specimen. The collector field takes him as the person the label credits with the gathering. The varietal name, var. Kif, is the one fact the catalogue leaves out.
Editorial treatment
The collector is given as Pasquier, R. and is not in the International Plant Names Index, so no dates are available and no lifespan test could be run. A Papaver pasquieri stands in the index, which is consistent with a botanist active in this region, but a species epithet is not a biography and the article does not use it.
Faurel s.n., Maison-Carrée (1930) is the other Maison-Carrée sheet, from uncultivated ground by the dunes twelve years earlier. Its label also names the plant var. Kif. The label of Simonneau s.n., Igli (1960) is typed on the same Dubuis form and gives the same varietal name.
