The printed Herbarium Schlagintweit from India and High Asia label gives Western Himálaya, province Símla, and locality Environs of Simla. It records a collection interval of 1–20 May 1856 and a height of 6,000–7,300 English feet.[2] The stated height range is approximately 1,829–2,225 m.
Specimen and identification
The label gives catalogue number 4927 and identifies the specimen as Cannabis sativa L.[2] The Naturalis occurrence record carries the institutional catalogue number L.1592669 and records the collector simply as Schlagintweit.[1]
