Customs seize 41.5 kg of marijuana worth ₱62.3M from four Bangkok arrivals at NAIA Terminal 3

The Bureau of Customs arrested four Filipino passengers arriving from Bangkok at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 on 30 July 2026 after eight pieces of luggage were found to hold suspected cannabis. BOC-NAIA District Collector Yasmin Mapa said the bags were flagged by X-ray screening and a K9 inspection conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.
