Kae santhakhat klon haeng (ยาแก้สัณฑฆาต กล่อนแห้ง) is a powdered medicine of Thai traditional medicine of fifteen drugs, cannabis among them, for the disorders santhakhat and dry klon. Vichai Chokevivat traces it to the Chawadan scripture in the 1910 printing of the Paetsart songkhroh.[1]: 334, 340 It was one of the 16 cannabis formulas that the Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine named in January 2019 for use once the narcotics law allowed it.[2]

A column in MGR Online in November 2017 printed the Chawadan text from a paper of the department's Institute of Thai Traditional Medicine. In that text the disorder binds the bowels, with stabbing wind that forms lumps in the belly, aches all over, pain in the waist, numb hands and feet, blood in the urine, headache, giddiness and a weak voice. The remedy takes equal parts of fourteen drugs: the vine of sakhan, red phak phaeo, the tuber of dong dueng, sweet flag, asafoetida, the pulp of the ratchaphruek pod, three kinds of kot, cannabis, the tuber of utphit, liquorice, long pepper and the heartwood of saem thale; pepper is added at half the weight of the drugs, eased to suit the patient's strength. The powder is soaked seven times in the juice of kameng leaves and of the prakham di khwai fruit, dried, ground with honey and taken one salueng at a dose.[3] Thanetphon Punpeng and co-authors list it as the one cannabis formula of the Chawadan, with the plant named and no part.[4]: 167

At the Thai-medicine cannabis clinic of the Rajamangala University of Technology Isan in Sakon Nakhon it was one of the 15 cannabis formulas used between February 2020 and January 2022, given for constipation, aches, numb hands and feet, headache and giddiness, and one of the two least often given.[5]: 6–7
