Full Power Selections, written FullPower Selections on its own website, is an online shop that sells cannabis seed, books and merchandise. Most of the seed lines it lists as landrace carry the names of entries in the "genetic library" of the Indian Landrace Exchange, and it sells that group's tour books, which its catalogue describes as "written and published by Indian Landrace Exchange".[1][2][3] It also sells crosses of its own, which it calls landrace hybrids.[4]
History
The name appears on the growers' forum Rollitup in December 2020, in the title of a thread about the Indian Landrace Exchange's seed.[5] The Indian Landrace Exchange's seed from its Durand Line Project 2020 in Afghanistan went on sale early in 2021. A post that an Overgrow member copied to the forum on 28 February 2021 said that "The Pre-order will be conducted by our inhouse Indian seedbank", and tagged the Instagram account @fullpowerselections.[6] In June 2021 a buyer on Rollitup wrote that "Full Power Selections just emailed to say the 12 Durand Line farms' selections are now available individually at $150/pack."[7] Buyers in 2022 wrote of seed from the Hopar Valley and of a north-east India tour book sold with four packs of seed, from Manipur, Koraput and the Araku Valley.[8] One buyer wrote in November 2022 of ordering by email and receiving the seed from India about a month later.[9]
The shop's website dates its About page to August 2021.[10] Its first products, books and T-shirts, were listed in July 2022, and seed from January 2025.[11] The About page describes the shop as a natural-foods store that works with "small batch, organic local producers and wild collectors from the remotest valleys of the north west Himalayas to the low lying tropics of India".[10] In 2025 members of grower.ch reported orders sent from India and from the United States.[12]
Catalogue
As listed on 21 October 2026, the shop's "Landrace" section has 19 lines in three groups. Under "Tropics" are lines from Kerala, Odisha (Koraput Purple), Andhra Pradesh (Aaraku Valley Mango, Sheelavathi), Kalimpong, Manipur, Mong Hsat in Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. Under "North-West Himalayas" are the Wailing, Waichin and Nirang lines of the Malana Valley, the Tosh, Rasol and Pulga villages of the Parvati Valley, the Urgam Valley in Chamoli, a North Indian Red Stem and Panauti in Nepal. Under "High latitudes" is a single line, from Baramulla in Kashmir.[1] Lines from Pulwama in Kashmir, from Swabi in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and from the Hindu Kush are sold as "Preservations", among them a Pulwama F2 and a Hindu Kush F5.[13][1]
In April 2025 the shop listed ten lines under the name HKX 24, with a book of the same name: four from Chitral and the Kalash Valley, three from Nawa in Ghazni, two "Maruf" selections and a "Quetta XXL" from Balochistan. All ten were out of stock on 21 October 2026.[14][1] Seeds Here Now sells the same ten lines as the Indian Landrace Exchange's 2025 release.[15]
The shop's hybrids include Double Dalai, which it says it first released in 2022, and Super Deluxe. It credits Double Dalai to "Silkroute to salvation",[4] a phrase the Indian Landrace Exchange uses for its own work.[16] Its books are the Indian Landrace Exchange's tour books of the Malana valleys (2020), the Hindu Kush (2021) and north-east and eastern India (2022), The Afghan Project (2022), IPA 23 and HKX 24.[1]
