Gulai kameng (gulai kambing in Indonesian) is a goat curry of Aceh.[1]

In July 2007 detikcom quoted a seller of gulai kameng at Peuniti in Banda Aceh, who did not want to be named: "Saya memang pakai biji ganja yang sudah dihaluskan ke dalam gulai kambing saya" (I do use ground cannabis seed in my goat curry). He said it made the meat tender and the curry tastier, and that he bought the ground seed from his regular spice seller in a Banda Aceh market. He described two ways of adding it. It could be mixed with the other spices. The commoner way among sellers and cooks was to put it inside the goat's head, cleaned and split in two, tie the halves together again and cook the head in the curry. The site added that not every seller of goat curry used the seed.[1]

The Transnational Institute's 2016 briefing on cannabis in Indonesia names goat curry among the local dishes in which Acehnese people use cannabis seed for flavour, for moisture and to a lesser extent for colour. It cites interviews by Lingkar Ganja Nusantara among its sources for the passage.[2]: 4
