Tsui 01089 is a herbarium accession of a female plant of Cannabis sativa collected at a place its label calls 梁山 (Liangshan), at Zhuozishan (卓資山), in Suiyuan, now Inner Mongolia, China, on 19 September 1949 by 崔友文 (Ts'ui Yu-wen). The Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences holds the sheet as KUN 0169057.

Collection and locality

The sheet carries a printed form of the Institute of Botany, National Academy of Peiping, headed Flora of China. The number - 01089 and the date SEP. 19 1949 are stamped on it, and the place 綏遠 卓資山 梁山 (Suiyuan, Zhuozishan, Liangshan) and the collector 崔友文 are stamped in characters; the other lines are blank. A tag tied to the stem carries the same collector, number, place and date, stamped. The catalogue gives the collector, the number 1089, the year and Inner Mongolia.

Specimen and identification

The sheet carries one slender, unbranched stem with palmate leaves of narrow, serrate leaflets and a compact female top with the seeds in their bracts. A determination slip names the plant Cannabis sativa L., determined by K. S. Hao on 10 May 1950.
