Related-records section for the record pages (Template:NewsItem,
Template:ResearchItem). Exists so the #ask can live at the top level
of a template: an ask nested directly inside #if with
<nowiki>|</nowiki>-escaped pipes reaches SMW as a single
unsplit argument and fails with "The query description has an empty condition", so the
record templates instead call this with pipe-free parameters. Parameters:
q (the ask conditions), dateprop / titleprop
(printout property names; dateprop also sorts), label (section heading),
limit (default 6). Renders rows via Template:RecordRow, which skips
the rendering page itself. Outputs nothing when the query has no results.
