The Phnom Penh Post, the cited source, reports that customs "seized more than 140kg of narcotics in the first two weeks of September" across five cases. For 9 September it gives "dried plant material suspected to be cannabis, with a combined net weight of 73.017kg, as well as more than 6kg of a white powder believed to be heroin". This news item gives the 73.017 kg of suspected cannabis and keeps the heroin out of that weight.
