Ban Xay Fong was not found in OpenStreetMap by Nominatim under that spelling; the searches returned other villages of the Vientiane plain, which would be the wrong place. The label puts it near Vientiane and no closer. No coordinate is asserted, under the Tier C refusal of the coordinate ruling of 18 September 2026.
