Discussion
Evidentiary scope
The label supplies no habitat, cultivation status, common name or use. Neither the collection locality nor the later taxonomic determination establishes whether the plant was cultivated or spontaneous, so the accession is classified as Other. The record does not establish a continuing population, a feral population, a landrace, or a living germplasm holding. No conservation priority is assigned.
Georeferencing
The label records Kolung, Lahul, Punjab. Current Himachal Pradesh government records use the spelling Kolong and place the Gram Panchayat in the Lahaul block of Lahaul and Spiti District; the infobox uses that modern spelling and administrative hierarchy. No coordinate is asserted because the label names the locality but not a collection point within it. The label's 11,000 feet was converted to approximately 3,353 m for the infobox.
Editorial treatment
The sheet carries the name Cannabis sativa with an identification initialled "RRS" and a later determination by Ernest Small. The initials are left unexpanded because the sheet gives no full name and no source consulted establishes who made the identification. An earlier revision credited this identification to E. H. Walker; the "det. E. H. Walker" annotation is on the sheet of Koelz 4612 (1933).
