Sources
- Tavhare and Acharya (2017), International Journal of Pharmaceutical & Biological Archives 8(6): 59–78, from the authors' copy. Tables 1 to 3 (pp. 61–65) list the 210 formulations; the "Texts cited" column of the article's tables gives the works their reference numbers name in the bibliography (pp. 74–76). Reference 17 is named Vaidyaka Rasayana in the paper's list of texts (p. 60) and Vaidyarahasya (Bhishagvara Vidyapati, with Indradeva Tripathi's Hindi commentary) in the bibliography; the tables follow the bibliography. References 18 and 30 both give volume V of the Bharata Bhaiṣajya Ratnākara. Some rows cite no reference.

The survey tables
- The formulation names and indications are spelled as the survey prints them (Lai Churna, Jwalanala Rasa, Kamehswara Modaka). Where the survey gives no indication the cell is empty.
- The survey's tables give no ingredients: that each formulation contains bhaṅgā is the survey's statement. The medicines with their own articles each rest on an ingredient list in the Ayurvedic Formulary of India, in Dutt or in the Sri Lankan pharmacopoeia.
- Names in the survey that match an article: Jatiphaladi Churna (table 1, no. 30), Jwalanala Rasa (no. 34) and Madana Modaka (nos. 66 and 68). Madananda Modaka (no. 67) and the Kameshwara Modaka entries have no article, since no ingredient list for them is cited.
- Chyavanprasha Avaleha (table 2, no. 16) is cited to the Hārīta Saṃhitā only.
Formulas named in other articles
- Cikitsasarasangraha describes vijayā formulas of Vaṅgasena's compendium (a Vijayā Cūrṇa and others) from the 1891 edition. They are not repeated here.
- West Bengal and Cannabis in West Bengal attribute a jātīphalādi cūrṇa for rājayakṣma to Vaṅgasena. The jātīphalādya cūrṇa of the Ayurvedic Formulary of India is from the Śārṅgadhara Saṃhitā and is not given for rājayakṣma.
