People Daily, citing a post by the National Police Service on Friday 23 October, reported that officers from Ciagi-ini Police Station, working with National Government Administration Officers, intercepted a suspect in Ciagi-ini village, Kirinyaga County, who was found trafficking 331 rolls of bhang and was also in possession of crude weapons. The suspect was arrested and held at the station pending arraignment.
