NDLEA destroys a two-hectare cannabis farm at Ita-Ogbolu Forest in Ondo State

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency reported that its officers destroyed a cannabis farm covering two hectares at Ita-Ogbolu Forest in Ondo State on 15 September 2026. The agency said 5,000 kilograms of cannabis were destroyed at the site and a further 48 kilograms of dried and fresh cannabis were retained as evidence, and that four people were arrested.
