NDLEA destroys an 8.0936-hectare cannabis farm in Ife South, Osun State

The News Agency of Nigeria, in a copy carried by Peoples Gazette, reported that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) destroyed a cannabis farm of 8.0936 hectares in Area 4, Ife South Local Government Area of Osun State, on 30 September 2026. NDLEA spokesperson Femi Babafemi said in a statement on 4 October that operatives destroyed a total of 20,234 kg of what the agency called skunk on the farm.
