National Medical Products Administration adds cannabidiol and hemp leaf and seed extracts to the cosmetics prohibited-ingredients list

The National Medical Products Administration added cannabidiol, cannabis sativa leaf extract, cannabis sativa fruit and cannabis sativa seed oil to the list of ingredients prohibited in cosmetics.
