Laos, Vientiane Province 2021 is a seed accession of the cannabis line that the Indian Landrace Exchange lists in its genetic library as Laos, Vientiane Province. The group describes it as a long-flowering line from Vientiane Province, Laos.[1] The online shop Full Power Selections, which sells the group's books and many of its lines, lists it as Laos, vientiane, in stock when checked on 21 October 2026.[2]
Cultivation Details
According to the entry, one long-time farmer told the group that ganja farmers there remove as much wild cannabis as they can from in and around their fields, and the males of the domesticated population, to limit cross-pollination, so that the flowers carry fewer seeds and are thicker than those of Thai, Cambodian, Vietnamese and Burmese ganja.[1]
Botanical Characteristics
The entry describes jagged, saw-blade serrations on the leaflets of some plants as a common variation, and plants adapted to a humid climate, with some relief in December to February.[1]
