Doi Langka is a cannabis growing area on the mountain of Doi Langka, in the Northern Thailand growing region. Two herbarium sheets collected there on 2 December 1933 show hemp "Cultivated by Mêo people for weaving", using an older name for the Hmong.[1]

Geography

The sheets name the locality Doi Langka and Mê Soi, at about 1,100 m by aneroid.[1]

Cultivation

H. B. G. Garrett collected the plants on Doi Langka on 2 December 1933, on a Siam Forest Service label. The label gives the local name Pān (ป่าน) and describes the plants: "Shrubs about 10 ft".[1]
