Harbin Market General Population 1925 is a historical seed accession of Cannabis sativa that the United States Department of Agriculture received from Harbin, in Heilongjiang, China, on 19 June 1925 and numbered plant introduction (PI) 64310.[1] No seed of the lot survives. The National Plant Germplasm System, whose database carries the department's introductions, says the accession "no longer exists and can not be requested".[1]

The lot

P. H. Dorsett, the department's agricultural explorer, collected seed at Harbin that the department received on 19 June 1925. In the printed inventory this hemp is his number 2802, from Pristan, Harbin (printed "Pniston"), 5 May 1925: "From the market; said to be locally grown stock."[2]
