Kalimpong 2021 is a seed accession of the cannabis line that the Indian Landrace Exchange lists in its genetic library as Kalimpong (Darjeeling WB). The group describes it as a line from Kalimpong, in West Bengal, from both farmed and wild plants.[1] The online shop Full Power Selections, which sells the group's books and many of its lines, lists it as Kalimpong Darjeeling, in stock when checked on 21 October 2026.[2]
Collection Details
According to the entry, the group's team made a few selections there, among them one from the large green plants of the farmed population and another from wild plants with some colour in their fading leaves, growing in the middle of the village.[1]
Botanical Characteristics
The entry describes very large farmed plants sturdy enough to stand up to wind, buds with a poor leaf-to-bract ratio, a pungent floral and lemongrass smell, and an uplifting, euphoric effect. It gives a flowering period from mid-August to December, of about 16 weeks or more, with little colour except in a few wild plants.[1]
