Renders one row of the picture-of-the-day query in Template:Home/PictureOfTheDay.
Semantic MediaWiki calls it with format=template, so {{{1}}}
is the file page and the rest are the named printouts (caption,
alt, photographer, photodate,
subject).
Each optional part of the credit line carries its own trailing separator, so a file
with no recorded photographer leaves no stray middot behind. The separators spell
their spaces as because a parser function trims its
arguments, and a plain trailing space would be eaten.
