The picture-of-the-day card on the Main Page masthead.
The pool is every file carrying featured=yes in its
FileMeta block, and the card shows one of them, chosen by the
day of the year, so the picture changes daily without anyone editing the Main Page.
Caption, alt text, credit and subject link all come from that file's own FileMeta —
to feature a photograph, tag the file, not this template.
The query asks for the property's presence rather than the value true,
because FileMeta only sets it for an affirmative featured. That reads the
same whether Property:Has featured photo is registered as Boolean or is still
page-typed, so the card does not depend on when SMW's change-propagation queue runs.
