One row of a related-accessions group, called from the #ask in
Template:Accession relations with format=template and link=none:
{{{1}}} is the page title, {{{2}}} the descriptive name.
Emits nothing for the page doing the rendering, so an accession never lists itself. Several
accessions name themselves in their own same_population_accessions field, which
is why the guard is here rather than in the query. The surrounding list comes from the
calling query's intro and outro, following the pattern of
Template:RecordRow.
