Evidentiary scope
The page rests on the RSC listing for Highland Thai, its archived version of 19 August 2019 and the Kwik Seeds listing of the same line. They establish that the seed on sale is a second generation reproduced by open pollination outside Thailand, and that it has been described that way in every archived version. They do not say where or in which year it was grown, or by whom. No conservation priority is entered: a rating belongs to the collected population, at RSC-THA-UNK-0120080001. The two captioned outdoors in Hawaii are here: Hawaii is not the collection's range, so they show this material. The two captioned outdoors in Thailand stayed with the collection, as did the two that carry no caption of RSC's own.

Descriptive name
The descriptive name now leads with the year and the holder's acronym: 2008 RSC Highland Thai Reproduction, where it read Highland Thai Reproduction 2008. Éloïse ruled on 17 September 2026 that a reproduction's descriptive name should carry the year first and name the reproducer, and it is applied to every reproduction in this corpus.
The acronym is the holder's, the same code the accession ID carries. It does not assert who conducted the grow-out: these listings name nobody, and the rule was given for a line whose reproducer the listing does not state either.
