Source discrepancies
Bloom Pakistan and Mettis Global (article of 8 October 2026) spell the commissioner's name differently: Bloom Pakistan has "Mr. Muzzafar Ahmed Mirza, Commissioner, SECP" and Mettis Global "SECP Commissioner Muzaffar Ahmed Mirza". This news item follows Bloom Pakistan. On the certificate, Bloom Pakistan says companies "will require a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from CCRA before incorporation" and Mettis Global that "final registration and subsequent operations will be subject to the CCRA’s NOC".
