Dating
El Español, writing on Wednesday 7 October 2026, places the arrests "entre el lunes y el martes de esta semana", that is on 5 and 6 October 2026 (El Español). The stored date is the later of the two days, 6 October.
Quantities
The seizure figures are totals for the whole investigation, not for these arrests: "hasta la fecha se han intervenido 10,8 toneladas de hachís, así como 12,30 kilos de marihuana". The report gives no seizure figure for the second wave of arrests, and puts the number of arrests at "al menos, 13".
Attribution
The Moroccan origin is the prosecutor's description, quoted by El Español: a structure "dedicada principalmente al tráfico de hachís en grandes cantidades, procedente de Marruecos". El Español also describes "un entramado con proveedores en Marruecos". The arrest and seizure figures come from "fuentes vinculadas a la investigación"; no statement by the Policía Nacional was read.
Map pin
This news item has no map pin. The prosecutor's complaint describes activity across several provinces ("Huelva, Cádiz, Almería, Alicante o Madrid"), and the report places the arrested suppliers "en Guadalajara y en Madrid". No single site is named.
