Source discrepancies
A second report of the same case, from the WeChat account of the Akto County public security bureau (published 3 January 2024), is headed "牛圈里藏毒,民警蹲守5小时抓获瘾君子" and says the county bureau "破获一起非法种植毒品原植物案" (solved a case of illegally planting drug-source plants) on 31 December 2023. It reports the same 627 g, found "在缉毒犬的配合下" in the gap of a cattle-pen feed heap, and says the man "开始在自家院内种植" (began planting in his own courtyard) after he "偶然购得了大麻原植物" (happened to obtain cannabis plant material). The Bilibili report says only that the plant material was seized and that the suspect admitted drug use.
This news item follows the Bilibili report for the source link, the category and the wording of the seizure. The WeChat page is not linked because its address is a short-lived link.
Category
The Bilibili report describes a seizure after an arrest and gives no plant count or destruction of growing plants, so the item is recorded as Enforcement. The WeChat report calls the case illegal planting but also gives no plant count.
Map pin
Neither report names a village or township. The pin is the seat of Akto County, Akto town, and marks the county, not the place of the seizure.
