1970's Colombian Gold x H.O.D. 2025 is a seed accession of a cannabis cross that Pagoda Seeds, a seed seller, lists as 1970's Colombian Gold x H.O.D. Pagoda says that it crosses a 1970 Colombian Gold with a Heart of Darkness male, calls the result "100% Colombian Sativa", and says that the seed was "Sourced from Hippie Cannabis Genetics".[1]
History
The earliest dated mention found is the Wayback Machine's capture of SeedFinder's page for the line, made on 23 July 2025, which reproduces Pagoda's description.[1] Pagoda says that in 2018 it made an F2 inbred line from original Heart of Darkness seed, that it then ran an open pollination of that line's four females with two males, and that the project took more than 180 days from germination to harvest. It says that two of the four females showed the narrow-leaf Afghan trait it was after, and calls the project "highly experimental".[1]
Growth
Pagoda calls the line "A True 24-26 Week Variety". It says that it smoked finished flower of an original 1970 Colombian grown to 22 weeks, which it likens to a panic attack at speed on a highway. SeedFinder lists the cross as a sativa that was never sold as feminized seed.[1]
Aroma
Pagoda gives the aroma as "Fresh Cut Grass".[1]
