Bangkok passenger arrested at Delhi airport with nearly 9 kg of suspected hydroponic cannabis

Customs officials at Indira Gandhi International Airport arrested a passenger arriving from Bangkok on 29 July 2026 after recovering five vacuum-sealed packets of a green-coloured substance suspected to be hydroponic cannabis, with a net weight of 8,961 grams.
