Bagdah police seize about 13 kg 700 g of ganja and arrest one at Ashharu Herobhanga

Ei Muhurte reported that a team from Bagdah police station acted on source information late at night and went to the Ashharu Herobhanga cremation ground area, where officers saw a man moving about with a sack. The report said he was detained and that a search of the sack produced about 13 kg 700 g of ganja, which police put at a market value of more than two lakh rupees. The man was named in the report and given as a resident of the Bhulot area under Bongaon police station. He was reported as telling police at a first questioning that he had brought the ganja to Bagdah to sell it.
