Kharibari police seize 22 kg of ganja from a toto on National Highway 327 at Bhalukgara and arrest three

Uttarbanga Sambad reported that Kharibari police stopped a passenger toto on National Highway 327 at Bhalukgara on the Bengal and Bihar boundary in the morning and arrested three women. The report said police grew suspicious when the three answered questions inconsistently, and that a search of two plastic sacks they were carrying produced 22 kg of ganja. All three were named in the report and described as residents of Thakur Nagar in Gajoldoba. Police said their initial finding was that the consignment was to move from Gajoldoba into Bihar.
