Swarupnagar police seize about 30 kg of ganja and a pistol in a raid at Paschim Poltar

Ei Muhurte reported that the officer in charge of Swarupnagar police station acted on source information late at night and raided a house at Paschim Poltar in the Saguna gram panchayat. The report named the man detained there and said a search of the house recovered about 30 kg of ganja, which police put at a market value of about 3 lakh rupees, along with a pistol and nine rounds of ammunition. The man was reported as produced at the Basirhat subdivisional court.
