Jalpaiguri police seize 53 kg of ganja from a private bus at Goshala More

TaazaTV reported that Jalpaiguri police stopped a private passenger bus travelling from Cooch Behar to Jalpaiguri at the Goshala More checkpoint on Sunday evening and found seven bags of ganja concealed under the seats. The report said 53 kg was recovered and five people were arrested, three of them women, described as residents of various places in Cooch Behar and Jalpaiguri. The district superintendent of police told the outlet a case had been registered. The report said police were investigating the supply chain.
