Bengal STF seize 354 kg of ganja from a pickup van at Baburhat in Cooch Behar

Uttarbanga Sambad reported that the Special Task Force seized 354 kg of ganja from a pickup van in the Baburhat area of Cooch Behar on Wednesday and arrested one man. The report quoted the superintendent of police of the Bengal STF and said the Siliguri unit carried out the operation, with the case registered at Kotwali police station. STF sources told the paper the consignment had been collected at Maghpala and taken through Marugunj for onward movement to Assam.
