Akto County police uproot 11 cannabis plants grown at a man's home

A video report reposted on Bilibili from the Xinjiang Legal News (新疆法制报) said that on 8 September the Akto County public security bureau received a report that someone was growing cannabis and handled a case of illegally planting drug-source plants. Police with a sniffer dog found cannabis seeds sealed in newspaper and homemade drug equipment, detained one man and uprooted 11 cannabis plants.
