Sagardighi police seize 1 quintal 8 kg of ganja from a state bus on National Highway 34 and arrest ten

Ei Muhurte reported that Sagardighi police station stopped and searched a state bus on National Highway 34 at Sagardighi on secret information and recovered 1 quintal 8 kg of ganja. The report said ten people were arrested, five men and five women, and that nine of them live in the Beldanga police station area of Murshidabad and one in the Kaliganj police station area of Nadia. It said the accused were carrying the consignment from north Bengal and were produced at the Berhampore NDPS court with a request for fourteen days of police custody.
