Dantan police seize 1 quintal 10 kg of ganja at the Odisha border and arrest two

The Bengal Post reported that Dantan police checking traffic at the West Bengal and Odisha border in the Dantan police station area stopped a small pickup van around midnight and recovered ganja which the report gave as one quintal and ten kilograms. Two men were arrested and named in the report, one given as a resident of Gaya in Bihar and one of Kolkata. The report put the value at about five lakh rupees and said the consignment was moving from Odisha to Kolkata. The two were produced at Medinipur district court.
