West Bengal CID seize 301 kg of ganja on the Kalyani Expressway at Jagaddal

Ei Muhurte reported that officers of the narcotics wing of the West Bengal CID stopped a truck on the Kalyani Expressway and recovered 301 kg of ganja. The report said the operation took place in the Jagaddal police station area of the Barrackpore industrial belt, at the Rohuta Mansatala crossing, where officers had waited on specific information. Four men were named in the report as arrested, one of them from Balangir in Odisha and the others from North 24 Parganas and from the Kalyani border area in Nadia. The report said a case was registered under the NDPS Act.
