Kharagpur police seize 2 kg of ganja at Poradiha and arrest four

KGP News reported that Kharagpur police raided Poradiha village near National Highway 6 at about 2:30 am and recovered 2 kg of ganja, and that further arrests followed in the Kharagpur town police station area and at the Kharagpur bus stand. Four people were arrested in all. The report said the cases were registered under the NDPS Act and that those arrested were forwarded to court and sent to judicial custody. The report also refers to a further quantity without giving a figure, so only the 2 kg is recorded.
