Díaz-Rueda 4085 is a herbarium accession of Cannabis sativa collected on 22 October 2024 in the vereda of Los Medios, in the municipality of San Vicente de Chucurí, Santander Department, Colombia, inside the Serranía de los Yariguíes regional management district, by Daniel Díaz-Rueda. The catalogue names the plant a variety called Mango biche. The J. J. Triana herbarium (HJJT) of the Fundación Trópico Alto holds it as catalogue TNP:06335.[1]
Collection and locality
The catalogue entry gives the locality Vereda Los Medios. Distrito Regional de Manejo Integrado Serranía de los Yariguíes. Sector Altos de Guayacán, finca La Pita, the habitat Cultivada en huertos y jardines (grown in kitchen plots and gardens), the date 22 October 2024 and an elevation of 999 m.[1]
Specimen and identification
Díaz-Rueda determined the plant as Cannabis sativa L. in October 2025. The catalogue gives the common names Canabis (variedad Mango biche) | Marihuana and describes the specimen as flowering; it was prepared in alcohol, pressed and dried.[1] No image of the sheet has been published; the page rests on the catalogue entry.
