Thipphakat (ยาทิพกาศ) is formula 43 of the Tamra Phra Osot Phra Narai, the collection of royal formulas from the reign of King Narai of Ayutthaya. It is made of nine drugs, of which cannabis leaf is the largest part and opium the next. The text gives it for restlessness that keeps the patient from eating and sleeping, and for passing pus and blood.[1]: 19

The formula takes one part each of ya dam, black cumin, nutmeg, mace, cardamom and borneol camphor, four parts of camphor, eight of opium and sixteen of cannabis leaf. The drugs are ground with spirit and made into sticks. The liquid taken with a dose is chosen to suit a hot or a cold disease.[1]: 19 It stands immediately before Suk saiyat, formula 44, the other leaf formula of the treatise.[1]: 19–20 Three formulas of the Narai text contain cannabis.[2]: 334
